Terms of service

Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026

Welcome to my-great-stuff.com.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of my-great-stuff.com and purchases made through our website.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to my-great-stuff.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. About Us

Website: my-great-stuff.com
Business name: my-great-stuff
Business address: 100 Howeth Road, Bournemouth BH10 5ED, United Kingdom
Email: brunyeed@yahoo.co.uk

Please contact us using the email address above if you have any questions about an order or these Terms.

2. Our Online Store

my-great-stuff.com is an online retailer offering products including pet products, accessories, practical products and other consumer goods.

Some products are supplied and shipped directly to customers by third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners.

This is commonly known as dropshipping.

Although a third-party supplier may fulfil your order, your purchase is made from my-great-stuff.com, and you should contact us regarding your order rather than contacting the supplier directly unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
  • Your purchase is for lawful purposes.

Where a product is subject to a legal age restriction, you must meet the applicable minimum age requirement.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Packaging may also occasionally differ from photographs shown on our website.

Where products are supplied by third-party suppliers, we may rely on product information provided by those suppliers.

We will not knowingly provide false or misleading product information.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your contract.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Because we work with third-party suppliers, stock availability may occasionally change before our website has been updated.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:

  • Offer a suitable alternative, which you are free to decline;
  • Ask whether you wish to wait for the product to become available; or
  • Cancel the affected product and provide a refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency applicable to the customer or market where available.

The price payable will be the price displayed and confirmed during checkout, together with any applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges disclosed before you place the order.

If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected order where appropriate.

We will not increase the agreed price of an existing order after a contract has been formed except where permitted by law and agreed with you.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers, including services available through Shopify.

We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Your payment provider may apply its own terms and conditions.

8. When Your Order Is Accepted

After placing an order, you should receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a legitimate reason, including:

  • The product is unavailable;
  • Payment has not been authorised;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment;
  • There is an obvious pricing or product-listing error;
  • We cannot legally supply the product to the destination;
  • The delivery address cannot reasonably be serviced.

Where we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.

Nothing in this section affects rights you have after a legally binding contract has been formed.

9. Dropshipping and Third-Party Fulfilment

Some products purchased from my-great-stuff.com are shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfilment centres.

This means:

  • Products may be shipped from different locations or countries.
  • An order containing several products may arrive in separate parcels.
  • Different products may arrive on different dates.
  • Packaging may contain supplier or fulfilment information.
  • Return addresses may differ between products.

The address printed on a parcel may not be the correct return address.

Please contact us before returning any product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

10. Delivery

Estimated delivery times may be displayed on individual product pages or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.

Because products may be shipped by third-party suppliers and international carriers, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery.

We will keep customers appropriately informed where we become aware of a significant delay.

Your statutory rights regarding delivery times are not affected by this section.

11. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us immediately if you discover an error.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Where a parcel is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, reasonable additional delivery or return costs may be charged or deducted from a refund where legally permitted.

12. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges

Products may be shipped internationally depending on the supplier and delivery destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other government charges.

Where such charges are not included in the price paid to us, responsibility for them will be made clear where required by applicable law.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

13. Order Cancellation

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Because orders may automatically be sent to our suppliers for fulfilment, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once processing has begun.

If an order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive the goods and then exercise your applicable return or cancellation rights.

This does not affect statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under UK, EU or other applicable consumer law.

14. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, cancellations, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Please read that policy before purchasing.

UK and EU consumers have statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights for many online purchases.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy limits statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.

15. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, missing important parts or not as described, please contact:

brunyeed@yahoo.co.uk

Please provide your order number and details of the problem.

We may reasonably request photographs or video evidence to help us investigate the issue.

Depending on your legal rights and the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

16. Pet Products

Customers are responsible for selecting pet products that are appropriate for their animal, taking account of factors such as the animal’s size, breed, weight and intended use of the product.

Please follow all safety instructions, warnings, sizing information and manufacturer guidance supplied with a product.

You should regularly inspect pet accessories for signs of damage or excessive wear and stop using a product if it becomes unsafe.

This section does not exclude or limit our legal responsibility for defective, unsafe or misdescribed products.

17. Product Safety and Recalls

We take product safety seriously.

If we become aware that a product we have supplied is subject to an applicable safety warning, corrective action or recall, we may contact affected customers using the contact information provided with their order.

Customers should follow any safety or recall instructions we provide.

Where required, we will cooperate with suppliers, manufacturers and relevant authorities concerning product safety.

18. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You must not use our website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • To transmit viruses, malicious software or harmful code;
  • To attempt unauthorised access to our website or systems;
  • To interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • To collect information about other users unlawfully;
  • To impersonate another person;
  • To infringe intellectual-property rights.

We may take reasonable steps to protect our website and customers where misuse occurs.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of my-great-stuff.com, including our branding, text, graphics, layout and original website material, is owned by or licensed to us.

Product images, trademarks and other materials belonging to manufacturers, suppliers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You must not reproduce, commercially exploit or redistribute our original website content without permission unless applicable law permits it.

20. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, delivery services, social-media platforms and other websites.

Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that we do not operate or control.

This does not remove any responsibility we have for third parties we use to fulfil our obligations to you where the law makes us responsible.

21. Reviews and Customer Content

Where customers are permitted to submit product reviews, photographs, comments or other content, that content must be lawful and must not:

  • Be knowingly false or misleading;
  • Infringe another person’s rights;
  • Contain unlawful, threatening or abusive material;
  • Contain malicious software;
  • Be submitted in exchange for an undisclosed incentive where disclosure is required.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary for legal, security or platform-integrity reasons.

We will not knowingly publish or commission fake customer reviews.

22. Privacy and Personal Information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected.

Some information may need to be shared with suppliers, fulfilment partners, payment providers and delivery companies so that your order can be processed and delivered.

23. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Your statutory rights concerning faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods; or
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, these Terms do not remove the legal protections provided to you by applicable consumer law.

24. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

Examples may include severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action, major transport disruption, customs disruption, war, civil emergencies or significant failures of communications or delivery networks.

Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate with affected customers.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.

The Terms applicable to an order will normally be those in effect when that order was placed.

We will not retrospectively change agreed contractual terms to a customer’s disadvantage where doing so would be unlawful or unfair.

The latest version will be displayed on my-great-stuff.com with the date it was last updated.

26. Severability

If a court or competent authority determines that part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.

27. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising rights regarding where legal proceedings may be brought where applicable consumer law provides those rights.

28. Complaints and Contact

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.

Business: my-great-stuff
Website: my-great-stuff.com
Email: brunyeed@yahoo.co.uk
Address: 100 Howeth Road, Bournemouth BH10 5ED, United Kingdom

Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing purchase.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our applicable:

  • Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Shipping Policy; and
  • Any specific terms clearly disclosed on the relevant product page or during checkout,

form the terms applicable to purchases made through my-great-stuff.com.

Where a provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory consumer right will take priority.

30. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Where UK, EU, US, Canadian or other applicable consumer law provides you with rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights will continue to apply.
